Hey’lo!

So, pretty much has been boring with the creativity stuff as of late. Been spending most of my time writing… at least until a family emergency came up. Then, I just hit a wall. As in running at it full speed without knowing that it was there.

Needless to say, it hurt when I hit it. Got a goose egg on my brain and everything. Now, I can’t shake this God forsaken headache of mine. *sighs* Because of this, I wasn’t able to finish NaNoWriMo. Ever tried typing while staring at a computer screen with a skull splitting, mind blowing, soul shattering headache? *shudders*

In the mean time, I’ve been trying to come up with prints. However, I haven’t come up with anything that I feel worthy of putting up on here. They all suck. Out. Loud. I’ve posted stuff on my DeviantArt; Mostly book covers for other authors.

That’s pretty much it. I’m sure there’s more, but I can’t think of anything.

Lets see…what is going on.

It’s been pretty boring, actually. Been doing a lot of schoolwork that makes my head hurt (curse you, math!). You know, I never realized how much I didn’t like school; I always thought that I was the kid that loved it. But, now…I know better. Rather take a beating, but I have to do it. Bet that I make all mums proud after saying that!

I’ve also been busy with making music videos. I. Can’t. Stop. Making them! I love doing it!! Just one, after another, after another. Here’s a recent one that I made for the kick ass series Supernatural.

On a side note, I will be going to Vancouver (Canada) late February to early March. I’m so excited I can’t even see straight! Get to see my family again, get a nice tattoo, and go to VFS (Vancouver Film School) to an introductory thing that their doing. It’s all good. Now, I just need to get some money to go there. If anyone knows anyone that would be willing to buy some of my prints, that would be awesome. I really need the money; Something like $400 just to get there. *sighs* I’m the suffering artist. So cliche, but there it is.

I’ve also been doing a lot of writing; over 12,000 in my book, which is awesome. NaNaWriMo starts here shortly and I’m excited about that. Can’t wait; I’m determined to win this year.

Hey’lo,

Just a quick update: I am at 10,000 words in my book. Only 40,000 to go until I’m at the minimum requirement. It may seem like a lot, but I’m happy.

On a different note (well, not so different), NaNoWriMo starts in 86 days. You remember the feeling that you had before you took your first dive off the diving board at a pool? It’s a mixture of fear and excitement that is so exhilarating you stand there for a few moments before you force yourself off. The feeling that grips your heart and squeezes so tight you have problems breathing.

Or how about your first kiss? Or just a kiss from that special someone. Your soul nearly implodes which causes your knees to shake. After you walk back inside your house, you lean against the door and feel like you could fly away to the Moon. To Mars. To Jupiter! You feel as though you could do several laps around the universe.

That’s how I feel right now. I am so excited to do NaNoWriMo this year. It isn’t the feeling of achievement that you get when you win (although, that’s a big contribution) is the competition. The thrill of competing against several hundred, maybe even a thousand, people around the world. Then, when you win, you feel like you could anything. ANYTHING!

I’ve been writing a bunch lately. Sorry that I haven’t updated this site as much. *sigh* It’s just that, when I remember that I have a website, I’m to tired to write anything that makes since.

Oh, is what true? Well, I started a AU (aka Fan Fiction) for ‘Supernatural.’ It is called “The Angel with Horns.” The summery/logline:
The “others” in Heaven call her “The Angel with Horns.” Who can argue with them when an angel bangs their head to the best of mullet rock?

I am surprised at the fact that it is SO freaking popular. I’m only on chapter three, and twenty (or so) people favorited it. I think it got so popular because I muted Castiel. XDXD Here’s the link:

No worries to those who are looking forward to reading my book; I haven’t abandoned it. Planning on having it out in the real world here in a couple months. Taking a lot longer then I thought it would. But, oh well. It’ll be out there when it’s out there.

*sighs* Man, I have been SO busy…

School is finally out, which deserves a huge WOOHOO!!! I have to do a class over again (no woohoo there…), but it’s Algebra, so…yeah… Anyway, I was so busy trying to get all of my homework done, I just forgot about having fun.

Well, actually that’s not entirely true. I started a DeviantArt page (that I actually started three years ago) and am now trying to make money off of it. Here’s the link!

Lets see…what else is going on…OH! I’m coloring my hair. It’s a dark brown right now, but I have decided to go RED! I’ve done it before and, or at least so I’m told, I look smashing as a red head. And I have so much Irish blood in me…

I’m also going to be getting a tattoo. I don’t know if it’ll be this month or next month when I’ll get it, but I’m defiantly getting my first one. It was personally designed for me and it is fantastic! It is a violin and a rose and will be in full color and placed on my shoulder.

Anyway, that’s pretty much it. Sorry if this seems a little bit scattered brained, but I’m really busy. O_o

Just heard that Dom DeLuise died yesterday (Monday). I really loved him as an actor. Such a loss to the world now that he’s gone.

Here’s my tribute to Dom…

“Make ‘Em Laugh” was basically Dom’s motto. I couldn’t think of any words that would be adequate enough to illustrate how terrific as an actor, and human being, he was. As I was watching ‘Singing in the Rain,’ I immediately thought of Dom when Donald O’Connor started to sing this.

Rest in Peace, Dom. You’ll never be forgotten. And I will always love you as Urgo (only SG1 fans would get that).

Hello again!

Wow, it has been ages since I’ve posted here! I can’t believe how long it’s been. Let’s see what’s been going on…

I am doing the Script Frenzy thing that NaNoWriMo does in April. As the title suggests, it is when you have a month to write a 100 page script. So far, I’m on page 40, which is really good if you think about it. I came up with a title, called Abandon All Hope, based off of Dante’s ‘Inferno.’ Here is the text that I used to base my script off of:

Through me you pass into the city

Supremest wisdom, and primeval

I love that verse. It is from ‘The Inferno.’ I changed the last line to make it fit with the movie title.

You should be able to get the general feel of my idea for the movie. All hope is abandoned, yadda yadda. It is based in the future, December 21, 2012 and aliens come to destroy the world as we know it. That is all I’m going to say because I don’t want someone to steal my idea.

Lets see…what else has happened…OH! There is a good possibility that I broke my ankle a few months back and I didn’t know it. I know, right? How would you not know that you broke your ankle? Well, it must have been a tiny bone, so I could have gone on with my life without knowing.

It was stupid how I did it, too. I was training in martial arts, kicking a punching bag. There was a guy in front of me that kicked it up right when I went to kick it. I couldn’t stop my foot and WHAM! I hit it full force. If I did it properly, I would have busted up my shin (probably get a techno colored bruise) and would be fine now. But, I didn’t. And I hit it full force. The punching bag didn’t move a bit, which just made it worse. So, now, I have to wait for the doctor to have an opening for me so I can get it checked out.

I don’t regret doing it, though. I love martial arts, and I miss it terribly. I haven’t been able to go for a few months (for health reasons) so, now, I’m out of shape. I’m working on getting back into shape, but it is hard because of my ankle. And, what is so funny is this: Because of my ankle, I have to accommodate for it, which is hurting my hip. Then I have to accommodate for that, which is really hurting my back, and that is connected to my neck. You know the song, “…the leg bone is connected to the hip bone…” yadda yadda? Never seen it in work like I do now.

Lets see…I think that’s pretty much it! I have to go back to work on my script before I loose this idea of mine.
